A significant dust storm disrupted the Route 66 Nationals, an NHRA Racing Series event at Route 66 Raceway in Joliet, Illinois.
The storm brought near-zero visibility and wind gusts up to 60 mph, forcing the suspension of all racing activities for the day.
Top Fuel drivers Clay Millican and Tony Stewart were the last to race before the storm hit. Racing will resume on Saturday
