More good news in racing! Motion Raceworks, based in Dewitt, IA, has fully acquired Mark Williams Enterprises (MWE), a renowned driveline manufacturer in Louisville, CO, by purchasing 100% of its stock.

Founded in 1961, MWE has a 61-year legacy of producing high-quality axles, driveshafts, brakes, and other driveline components for automotive racing. The acquisition includes MWE’s 32,000-square-foot facility, equipped with advanced machinery, heat treating, and metal processing equipment.

This move follows Motion Raceworks’ prior acquisitions of TBM Brakes, RIFE Sensors, Gspot Sensors, and R&R Oil Pump Systems. Motion Raceworks plans to maintain MWE’s Colorado operations and skilled team, leveraging its own scale and marketing expertise to enhance MWE’s legacy, expand into new markets, and develop innovative product lines while upholding MWE’s tradition of quality, American-made products.
