TJ Pruitt (right) started DC in 2003 to shine a spotlight on grassroots racing. In 2025, he brought Kline Whitley on board to help tell the stories of racers and the sport we all love. Kline has been behind many of the features and interviews you’ve seen on DC since.
Off the track, Kline holds a doctorate in pharmacy, and TJ has a master’s in electrical engineering. At the track, they’re two racers who love this sport and the people in it. Off the track, they have careers and manage DragCoverage in their spare time.
Both reached the quarterfinals at the Great American $50k Bracket Race at Gulfport Dragway this past weekend, making it a perfect time for their first team photo!
