Antron’s dear friend Ray Ash spent one of his final adventures at the racetrack, enjoying the sport he loved alongside dear friends. Despite not feeling his best, those with him said he had the time of his life.
Four days later, Ray passed away Tuesday morning.
That same weekend, Antron Brown captured his second victory of the season at the NHRA Texas FallNationals, defeating Maddi Gordon in the final for his 67th Top Fuel win.
For Ray’s loved ones, the weekend now holds something priceless: memories of him happy, surrounded by friends and doing what he loved.
