Sources say Sturgill\u2019s car landed off an embankment, crashing into trees.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/DragCoverage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/img_4638-1.jpg\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3107\" width=\"1350\" height=\"1800\"><\/p>\n<p>Sturgill got out of the car, and walked up the embankment on his own.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/DragCoverage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/img_4642-1.jpg\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3114\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1333\"><\/p>\n<p>Sturgill was airlifted to UT Medical Center, where he is being treated for a neck injury and a possible broken back. Scott Sanders saw Sturgill give a thumbs up as he took off.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/DragCoverage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/img_4631-2-1.jpg\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3108\" width=\"1080\" height=\"720\"><\/p>\n<p>Sturgill expressed many thanks, stating, \u201cThank God for his mercy again in my life.
