Motion Raceworks, based in Dewitt, IA, has fully acquired Mark Williams Enterprises (MWE), a renowned driveline manufacturer in Louisville, CO, by purchasing 100% of its stock.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/DragCoverage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/img_3709.jpg\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3597\" width=\"1440\" height=\"1911\"><\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1961, MWE has a 61-year legacy of producing high-quality axles, driveshafts, brakes, and other driveline components for automotive racing. The acquisition includes MWE\u2019s 32,000-square-foot facility, equipped with advanced machinery, heat treating, and metal processing equipment.<\/p>\n<p>This move follows Motion Raceworks\u2019 prior acquisitions of TBM Brakes, RIFE Sensors, Gspot Sensors, and R&amp;R Oil Pump Systems.
