We believe Angels save people and we\u2019ve saved this truck from the barn.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/DragCoverage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/a74abadf-305e-416e-a0d9-0fe744849e48.png\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4616\" width=\"1131\" height=\"1391\"><\/p>\n<p>In Part One, we introduced the forgotten truck we spotted on Facebook Marketplace and asked readers to help name it. We offered $4,500, the seller said yes, and we headed to Picayune, Mississippi, to bring it home.<\/p>\n<p>The truck was sitting under a barn with weeds growing through it and the driver\u2019s door off. It needed attention, but we saw the makings of a future bracket racer for the DragCoverage fleet.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/DragCoverage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/img_8224.jpg\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4617\" width=\"1125\" height=\"821\"><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/DragCoverage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/img_8225.jpg\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4618\" width=\"1125\" height=\"1925\"><\/p>\n<p>We loaded Blue Angel onto the trailer and took it to Dad\u2019s place, where the rebuild process begins.<\/p>\n<p>The seat was full of parts, air tank, and other old race parts!<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s plenty of work ahead before this truck trades weeds for the track, and we\u2019re bringing you along for the whole journey.<\/p>\n<p>This is Part Two of our build series, following Blue Angel from its Mississippi hiding spot to the staging lanes.<\/p>\n<p>The name is settled.
