Hartford connects with The Hose Connection

Matt Hartford’s Pro Stock Avenger will sport a special wrap for the upcoming AAA Texas NHRA FallNationals Sept. 18-21. Instead of the familiar Total Seal Pistons Rings logo, the Dodge Avenger will be wrapped in The Hose Connection colors.

Larry Webb, president of Texas-based The Hose Connection, stated, “We are dedicated to drag racing, and we are a racing family. We wanted to step up and support Matt Hartford for the Dallas race. This is our home race, and it’s a great opportunity to invite our family, friends, and customers to come by the pits and say hello.”

“Our Pro Stock program has had The Hose Connection involved since the beginning,” added Hartford. “Larry and Regan have been great supporters of our team. I am so excited to have them on the starting line with us in Ennis. We could not be racing without people like them and all our sponsors.”

The Hose Connection Inc. is a division of Airdraulics Fluid Power Inc. Airdraulics was established in 1991 by Webb and became a very successful hydraulics and pneumatics distributer. In 2003, The Hose Connection opened and has become the premier hose and fitting distributor and manufacturer in West Texas for the oil and gas industry with stores in Odessa and Abilene.

The Hose Connection is partnered with Jeff Isbell and Sun Litho on a Pro Stock program, which will debut soon. The Hose Connection is a family of racing. It is very involved with Top Sportsman racing, with Webb’s daughter, Regan Webb, piloting a blown Jerry Haas-built ‘63 Corvette, and his granddaughter, Bailey House, drives a Jr. Dragster. The Hose Connection is also very supportive of local bracket racers in West Texas by supplying hoses and adapters for their hot rods.
