Thousands attend Peaceful Protest at Bandimere Speedway

Thousands gathered at the drag strip on Tuesday, not to watch the races, but for the “Stop the COVID Chaos Rally.”

Jefferson County told the track on Tuesday to follow all Public Health Orders. Officials said they would be watching the event and take actions accordingly.

People in attendance say they are sick and tired of the rules and restrictions in place.
