Inside the Numbers; 75 for Greg Anderson

75: Number of career wins Pro Stock racer Greg Anderson has in his 359 race career. His most recent win at the AMALIE Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals also broke a winless streak of 64 races that dated back to the Englishtown race in 2012. Anderson is fifth on the all-time NHRA wins list and is third on the all-time Pro Stock wins list trailing leader Warren Johnson by 22 victories.

“It was a special day today, and a special weekend for me,” said Anderson. “It was pretty darn cool because a year ago, I couldn’t even come to this race. I was recovering from heart surgery and couldn’t even attend the race, let alone drive a racecar. It’s been quite a year for me. I’m a very lucky man to even be here, but I have all new parts, I’m doing great, and now I know for sure that there is no reason I can’t win. It took awhile, but we finally got that job done today.”
