Orlando, FL — Ok, so this guy had a bad day. How would you feel if you wrecked a Cadillac CTS-V, yes that’s right, Cadillac CTS-V at the drag strip. If I was a betting man, I would say that the insurance company is NOT going to cover this damage. I would also guess that this sports car was stamped “totaled” (not worthy of the highway) ever.
FreeLifeFilms did a great job capturing this action, although it sucks for the driver.
I did a little research. I don’t know anything about this particular car, but a 2012 Cadillac CTS-V Kelly Blue Book Value is $42,000. So, you can imagine the lost.
I have imagined and thought of scenarios such as this one. What would I do? Could I pick up all the remaining pieces and throw them out on the public highway, pretending that the insurance company would never guess it happened on the drag strip?
With the public attention that this crash is getting, I doubt that is even possible.
Good luck to this guy as he recovers from this devastating crash. Fortunately, he is OK.
