Memphis, TN — An Overkill Motorsports Golf Cart was built and a limited amount of tickets were sold to raise money for the Lobner family after the death of Jeryka R. (Lobner) Lawrence.
Jeryka R. (Lobner) Lawrence, age 27, of Manhattan, Kansas, died Tuesday morning, January 13, 2015 after a courageous 2 ½ year battle with cancer. She was born on January 30, 1987 in Shawnee, Kansas, the daughter of John and Becky (Sisson) Lobner.
Jeryka was also an avid drag racer. She began racing Jr Dragsters at the age of 10 and transitioned to a Super Comp dragster at the age of 16. One of her proudest accomplishments was winning the 2012 NHRA National’s in Topeka. Jeryka loved spending the weekends with her racing family and even met her husband at the track.
